reading
Stuff I’m reading or have read “recently”. New/ongoing stuff stays at the top.
- Let Your Life Speak by Parker J. Palmer
- Mahamudra - The Moonlight translated by Lobsang P. Lhalungpa
- The 33 Strategies of War by Robert Greene (reading)
- Getting Things Done by David Allen (reading)
- The Living I Ching by Deng Ming-Dao (reading)
- The Essential Ellison - A 50 Year Retrospective by Harlan Ellison (rererereading)
Near-term “TODO” books to read…
- The stack of books bought-and-loaded is literally 7′ high, now; I’ve got over 90 books on my “to buy soon” list; I went Rambo on my “to buy soon” list and deleted 30 books I realized I won’t have time to read in the next year or so.
- The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene
Aside from the Ellison, I’m on something of a self-imposed fiction moratorium for now. This is increasingly unpleasant, but that is, after all, the point. The stack of fiction-to-read is even more enormous than the other, and my “to buy soon” list also continues to grow.
